Marissa Bender | Effortless Color + Cut // Salon Owner + Educator
Marissa is an artist at heart. Her passion for hair was born out of her love for dance and fine arts, as well as growing up in her Papou’s salon in Warren, Ohio.
As a Balayage & Color Corrections expert + educator, her attention to detail and commitment to the creative process is unmatched. Marissa focuses on collaboration and strives to showcase each guests individuality through a balance of cut and color, creating “one of a kind” looks that grow out effortlessly.
When she’s not painting hair, you can find Marissa in a dance or yoga studio - or enjoying time with her husband Joel walking their two dogs, Lucy + Winston around the city.

Lyss Bloomfield | Color / Extensions + Media
Lyss loves to laugh and connect with her guests on a human level. Her specialty is extensions for all textures of hair, and she absolutely loves hair color. Lyss is always inspired by the current trends in hair, fashion, and media. She is currently stepping more into the media side of her career, so you may see her around the salon taking videos, and extra photos from time to time.
When she’s not in the salon you can find her traveling, out exploring the city with her Sister Kenya + close friends, or enjoying some quality time with her Fiance’ Dev + her dog Carti.
Kayleigh Drummond | Curls + Razor Cuts
Kayleigh prides herself in being an inclusive hairdresser and welcomes all in her chair. She loves to work with ALL hair textures, specializing in curly hair, razor cuts and low maintenance color. She is classically trained in Vidal Sasson precision haircutting but has found her true passion in intuitive cutting- using her razor to create soft, textured haircuts with lots movement and effortless grow outs.
Kayleigh can help you embrace your natural hair and will educate you on an at home styling routine for your everyday life. Her main goal behind the chair is for you to love what you see when you look in the mirror!- bio + booking link coming soon
When she’s not in the salon, you can find her relaxing at home with a good book, tending to her plant collection, or enjoying a local coffee while checking out some thrift stores.

Allison (she/they) specializes in craft haircutting.
With over a decade of experience behind the chair, she is dedicated to mastering her craft. They welcome all hair types, textures & densities to their chair. They believe that your hair should reflect how you feel inside & wants every guest to feel seen & celebrated.
